Production & Shipping Policy

Production & Delivery
Orders from The Look by WPK are prepared specifically for each purchase. Estimated U.S. delivery times vary by product and are shown directly on each product page.

The estimated delivery timeframe includes both order preparation and standard shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

U.S. Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is $5 for orders under $50 and FREE for orders of $50 or more.

Tracking information will be provided by email once available.

Orders With Multiple Items
Items in the same order may have different production or delivery timeframes and may occasionally arrive in separate packages. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe shown on each product page.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Need Help With an Order?

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Look by WPK. Eligible non-personalized apparel and accessories may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

For returns due to fit, preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the store’s Contact Us option or by email. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Personalized & Customized Items
Products personalized or customized with your own picture, text, or other custom content are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Underwear & Intimate Apparel
For hygiene reasons, underwear and other intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for fit, preference, or change of mind. If an intimate apparel item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.

How to Request a Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the store’s Contact Us option or by email before sending an item back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions based on your order.

Order Cancellations
Orders from The Look by WPK are prepared specifically for each purchase. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within the stated return period if they meet the required return conditions.

Personalized or customized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Underwear and other intimate apparel are final sale for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizing information, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and production variations.

Pricing & Availability
