Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (USA only).Orders under $50: flat $5 standard shipping at checkout (USA only).

Made-to-Order Production

Most The Look by WPK items are made to order after you place your order.

  • Production time: typically 1–3 business days (often sooner)

  • Some items/orders may take a bit longer during high volume seasons, or if we need to resolve a print/artwork issue before production begins.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping (USA)

Once your order ships, please allow:

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–5 business days within the USA (often 3–4)

  • Tracking: sent by email when your order ships (when available)

International Shipping

International delivery times vary by country and customs processing:

  • Estimated timeframe: typically 2–4 weeks

  • Shipping rates (and any applicable duties/taxes) are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

Our Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is a prediction—not a guarantee—and is calculated as:

Estimated Production Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

We base estimates on current order volume, production capacity, and historical shipping times to your region.

Possible Delays

Occasionally, orders may arrive after the EDT due to things like:

  • print/artwork file issues that require clarification

  • product inventory limitations

  • carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or severe weather

  • customs delays (international)

Need Help With a Late Order?

If your EDT has passed, please allow a little extra time. If your order still hasn’t arrived within 5 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us via email or chat and we’ll help right away.

Return & Refund Policy

Please review the Size Chart on each product listing before placing your order. Many The Look by WPK items are made to order and printed specifically for you.

Returns & Exchanges (Made-to-Order Items)

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size

  • fit preferences / change of mind

  • normal wear and tear

If There’s a Problem, We’ll Make It Right

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we’ll happily provide a replacement or refund.

How to Request Help

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery via email or the Contact Us chat and include:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the problem (and packaging photos if there was shipping damage)

Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • a free replacement, or

  • a refund to the original payment method, or

  • store credit (if you prefer)
